Systems Engineer
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Systems Engineer to join a dynamic technical team shaping complex projects from concept to delivery. You will be at the heart of designing, testing, and optimising systems, applying your expertise to ensure solutions meet stringent specifications and performance expectations. In this role, you will lead aspects of system design, compliance, and lifecycle management, contributing to a variety of internal and external projects. Your insights will guide technical decisions, support quality processes, and ensure the smooth delivery of engineered solutions. Effective communication of complex ideas to teams and stakeholders is central to success.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience in systems engineering, familiarity with technical disciplines such as radar, RF, EW, avionics, defence electronics or FPGA systems, and the ability to author clear technical documentation. You thrive under pressure, lead work packages confidently, and enjoy resolving technical challenges within a collaborative environment.
