RF Systems Engineer
Shape and define the development of RF systems, influencing requirements, validation, and delivery. Take ownership of technical outcomes and contribute to complex system engineering projects.
What you will need
Role type: Permanent, full time
Salary: Circa £60,000 (depending on experience)
Location / Working Pattern: Stevenage (hybrid: 3 days on-site per week )
Security / Nationality: Must be British Citizen, capable of DV security clearance.

- Experience in RF or electromagnetic systems
- Stakeholder management and supplier oversight

What you will work on
- Specify and manage RF system requirements through the full development cycle
- Collaborate with design teams and external suppliers to meet technical, cost, and schedule targets
- Define verification and validation strategies and manage functional and performance testing
- Support the integration of development hardware into operational systems
Skills and experience
- RF systems architecture and design knowledge
- Technical trades and solution development with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in system validation, testing, and certification
- Understanding of engineering processes and good requirement practices
