Finance Business Partner

Take ownership of practice finances, shape performance reporting and add real value to management decisions. Drive clarity and growth in a specialist consulting environment.
What you will need
• British nationality
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and IT skills, including advanced Excel
• Experience in business partnering or finance support
Salary and rewards
Up to £50,000
What you will be doing
• Partner with practice managers to monitor performance, productivity and returns
• Manage month-end accounting including reconciliations, adjustments and commentary
• Review overhead bookings, accruals and prepayments for accuracy
• Support wider finance team with budgets, audits and project work
Your experience
• Business partnering experience within a finance environment
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Where you will be based
Bristol, hybrid working pattern with occasional travel to other UK offices
