Systems Engineering Lead
Shape and influence systems engineering practices across complex programmes, driving improvements and mentoring teams for maximum impact. Take ownership of technical approaches and see your recommendations implemented.
What you will need
• British nationality, SC clearable
• Broad systems engineering lifecycle experience
• Experience implementing model-based systems engineering
Salary and rewards
Up to £65,000, plus a bonus of up to 21% of base salary
What you will be doing
• Lead and promote best practice in systems engineering
• Support programme teams with technical guidance and mentoring
• Influence system design and lifecycle processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites
Your experience
• Systems architecture design and development
• Stakeholder engagement across teams
• Supporting development of team members
• Practical application of systems engineering tools and methods

Where you will work
Bristol (or could be based in Stevenage), hybrid
