System of Systems Integration Lead

What you will need
• British nationality, SC clearable
• Experience in complex systems integration
• Proven ability to work with external customers and stakeholders
Salary and rewards
Up to £65,000, with a company bonus of up to 21% of base salary
What you will be doing
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to integrate systems
• Coordinate functional and physical integration within wider defence solutions
• Drive requirements definition and stakeholder alignment
• Resolve technical conflicts and support programme delivery
Your experience
• Complex systems integration in defence environments
• Requirement development and stakeholder engagement
• Systems thinking and trade study execution
• Project engineering and work package delivery
