PCB Designer

What you will need
- British or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance required
- Understanding of PCB design, manufacture and assembly
- Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
- Self-motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem-solving mindset
- Flexible to travel, including occasional international visits
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partners
- Assess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysis
- Contribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teams
- Provide technical support for UK and international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly
Your experience
- Knowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly technologies
- Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver to a high professional standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with internal and external teams
