- Laser systems or optical engineering experience
- Defence or complex systems exposure
Up to £53,000 plus company bonus up to £2,500
What you will be doing
- Contribute to design, integration and performance of laser systems
- Solve technical challenges and optimise system performance
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Influence requirements flow-down and systems proving
- Strong laser physics and optics knowledge
- Systems engineering and requirements expertise
- Technical mediation across stakeholders
- Experience with complex Defence projects
