Security Cleared Transformation and Delivery Contractors

We’re currently supporting a major UK transformation programme and are looking to connect with experienced security cleared contractors for a range of upcoming roles.

Security Clearance is essential, please see below for requirements. 

This is not one standalone vacancy. The roles sit under a wider recruitment framework, with opportunities released in batches across transformation delivery, project management, delivery leadership, PMO, business change, business case and operating model work.

At this stage, some roles may only have high level information available, such as job title, clearance requirement and programme area. The first step is to check whether your background and clearance look like a suitable match for the current or upcoming role batches.

Typical areas of interest include:

• Project management
• Delivery leadership
• PMO and programme support
• Business change
• Business case development
• Operating model work
• Transformation delivery
• Complex programme environments

Contract details:

• Inside IR35
• Day rates typically between £350 and £550 per day, depending on role level
• Contract lengths usually around 6 to 12 months
• Hybrid working, typically 3 days per week onsite in London
• Long term programme pipeline, with strong potential for extensions or movement onto other programmes

Security clearance is essential.

Please apply if you currently clearances in BOTH of the below categories

• NPPV2 or NPPV3, used within the last 6 months
• Active SC, CTC or DV clearance

For this framework, clearance must be live and usable. The NPPV side is particularly important, if your NPPV has not been used within the last 6 months, it is unlikely to be usable for these roles, even if you have held it previously or believe it is still in date.

To progress, we may need evidence of your clearance, such as an NPPV certificate if available or a clearance reference number.
