Principal Integration and System Validation Engineer
Take ownership of system integration and validation activities, shaping trials and evidence gathering to qualify complex defence systems. Develop expertise across multiple environments and influence outcomes from lab to live trials.
Who we are looking for
• British Citizen, SC clearable
• Experience in system integration, validation or proving trials
• Able to work across multiple teams, departments and sites
Salary and rewards
Up to £50,000 per annum with company bonus of up to £2,500
Your role
• Plan, execute and report on functional, system and acceptance trials
• Analyse system behaviour across internal and external interfaces
• Investigate and resolve design or integration issues
• Support safe and reliable trials, maintaining risk assessments and managing hardware and software assets
Your experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with verification and validation lifecycle, requirements management and defect reporting
• Able to work in large, multi-site teams
• Customer-facing experience advantageous
