Senior Consultant - ATM
Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough
Industry: Aviation consultancy
Working pattern: Hybrid
Take ownership of Air Traffic Management consulting projects spanning airspace change and operational performance. Build trusted client relationships and support aviation strategy with clear progression into senior delivery and leadership roles.
What you will need
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Air Traffic Management, Air Navigation Service Providers, airport operations or aviation consultancy
• Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks including CAA, EASA and ICAO standards
• Demonstrable experience in client facing consultancy or project delivery within complex aviation environments
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across aviation, regulatory or government settings
• Experience working in structured project environments with responsibility for delivery outcomes
Your role
• Lead delivery of ATM consultancy projects across aviation operational and strategic programmes
• Support airspace design, airspace change and modernisation initiatives
• Manage and develop client relationships at senior stakeholder level
• Deliver operational performance analysis and improvement recommendations
• Contribute to aviation policy, regulatory and strategy focused workstreams
• Support proposals and business development activity across the portfolio
Your experience
• Strong background in Air Traffic Management systems and operations
• Experience with airport operations, capacity management and performance analysis
• Skilled in data analysis, modelling and forecasting techniques
• Confident using tools such as Excel and Power BI or similar platforms
• Strong written communication with experience producing technical reports
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
Location and setup
Hybrid working based in Bournemouth or Farnborough with flexibility depending on project requirements. Some travel may be required.
