RF Systems Engineer
Salary: Up to £57,500 depending on experience
Location: Bristol
Working pattern: Hybrid, typically 2 to 5 days per week on-site depending on workload
Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team working on sophisticated RF communication systems across the full product lifecycle, from research and early concept development through to detailed design, integration, proving and production.
The Opportunity
As an RF Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-performance communication systems within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
The role offers the opportunity to work across a range of technical activities, depending on your experience and interests, including:

- Antenna systems
- Waveform design and implementation
- Real-time digital signal processing
- Software and firmware integration and proving
- System-level functionality proving
- Design reviews across the product lifecycle
- Environmental and qualification testing
- Design certification and transition of development hardware into production
- Technical research based on published engineering literature
- Technical leadership and mentoring of junior engineers
- Working with external suppliers alongside procurement teams
